Refer and Get $50 Back!

The following terms and conditions govern your participation in the Dierolf Plumbing and Water Treatment Customer Referral Program, which we’ll call Program here for short. The Program is run by us, Dierolf Plumbing and Water Treatment.

The Participants referred to below are you (a Qualified User), and the person you’ve referred (a Referred User). To be eligible for a reward, you, as participants must agree to be bound by the rules described below.

1. The Referred User is not currently a customer of Dierolf Plumbing and Water Treatment and was not referred at an earlier date by someone else.
2. The first payment (whether one-time, monthly or annual) submitted by the Referred Account to Dierolf Plumbing and Water Treatment was successfully processed.
3. if the conditions above are met, you’ll receive a Referral Certificate valued up to $50.
4. There is no limit to the number of Referral Certificates you can earn, so you can refer as many people or businesses as you want.
5. A Referral Certificate can be used towards a Qualified User’s bill, future installation, service, passed to another individual for them to use or requested to be redeemed as a check (which would be mailed to you).
6. Referral Certificates are valid for 365 days from issue date, after that time they cannot be redeemed.
7. By taking part you agree:
   1. To comply with all applicable commercial and public anti-bribery laws
   2. Not to engage in any activity that may be considered fraudulent or invasive or that may be considered spamming
8. Dierolf Plumbing and Water Treatment reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
9. The Dierolf Plumbing and Water Treatment Customer Referral Program becomes effective November 28, 2022. Any referrals made prior to November 28, 2022 are not eligible for this reward promotion and cannot be applied retroactively.
10. If Referral Certificates are redeemed for more than $600 in a calendar year, a 1099 will be sent for filing taxes.
