Had a wonderful experience. They weren't sale-sy at all. Truly just worked to provide expertise to make the decisions that were best for my home. I needed to replace a well water system and they were able to come in and do it for less than I anticipated while doing an excellent job and cleaning up the piping/systems that were there to make it easier to maintain for the future. B came to our home, was extremely polite and professional, did a wonderful job, and was extremely diligent in explaining everything that was going on, how things worked, and how I can maintain it going forward. Dierolf Plumbing and Water Treatment were amazing to work with. Before moving into our home they performed a water test for us and gave a complete breakdown of what treatments our water would need to correct any unfavorable aspects of our well water. They helped to install a UV Light and water softener system that has worked perfectly. John and Eden were extremely professional and thorough with their installation and kept me informed through the whole process what was being done and finished their installation visit by walking me through how to operate the new water softener system. Could not have asked for a better experience!

We just moved into a house that has one of there water softener. Didn’t know anything about it I called made an appointment very nice customer service spoke with a lady ( sorry don’t remember who) but she had an appointment for us today . They sent me a email and a text reminder and even today as Matt was on his way. It’s the little things like that but Matt was great . Very nice very knowledgeable about the system he to had explained everything to us. I would highly recommend them. I even called him back because I wasn’t sure of something he called me back very quickly. It’s the little things that go a very long way. Thank you, we will be calling you in the future again😊

Wonderful service all around. Originally identified issue by testing well water which was quickly mitigated with installation of additional equipment at a fair price. David and Ezra explained the process well and did an expert job with the installation. Couldn’t be happier.

We have had a problem with our kitchen faucet leaking. One plumber walked in and just looked at it and said it could not be repaired. He said the only option was replacement and wanted $675. We contacted Dierolf Plumbing, who have done other work for us in the past. They sent a gentleman named Jon. Jon checked it out and said "l am going to another job near a plumbing supply store. I will try to find the correct part for this repair for you." God bless Jon, he found the part and replaced it. Our faucet no longer leaks and it was less than $200. We cannot thank this young man for going the extra mile to help us out. We highly recommend Dierolf Plumbing to anyone who needs help. Thank you!

If you are considering a water treatment system or any plumbing I highly recommend Dierolf. If there was a higher rating than 5 stars, we would have given it. From the sales person Matt, the office staff and most importantly the installation technicians Jon and Dave, the knowledge and professionalism has been outstanding. The work was done in a timely manner. The installation was clean and they made sure we understood our system, how it works, expectations, and their availability if any problems or questions. Exceptional is an understatement!
