Called them in the morning to schedule a plumber to come out to look at a leaky pipe. They were out within an hour, and it was fixed in about 2 hours. Dierolf has been super helpful to me since i purchased my home in 2018. I go to Mark and his team for all my plumbing questions and needs. Their service is always prompt and I have always had very professional encounters with every team member. Most recently I had to have my water heater replaced, Matt W. Gave me a number of options and was very communicative about scheduling as well. He and Lukasz were on time and completed the replacement quickly and efficiently. They thoroughly cleaned up the mess from the old water heater leak as well. All in all, it was another great experience with these guys.

I can’t say enough of how good my experience was, from the very first phone call until the end. We were out of water(well issue) and I called them in the morning they came out assessed the work, left got the right tank and parts and were back and finished by the end of the day minimizing our inconvenient situation. Dierolf Plumbing installed a water softener for me. The technicians were prompt, courteous, and professional. They cleaned up after the job, and went over all aspects of the unit including the wifi interface. I found Dierolf through Lowes but Lowes made it painful with their credit promotions and almost walked away from the deal if not for the Dierolf being customer focused and making it right despite Lowes. Many companies today have lost customer focus and satisfaction but not Dierolf. I highly recommend them for water softener installation.

I had A UV light issue after some troubleshooting, it ended up the ballast was bad. This is my first time dealing with a well system and Dierolf had me confident in my replacement of the ballast and did not make me feel like I didn't know what I was doing. They went the extra mile for me and I will definitely do business with them again.
