Water Softener

If you are considering a water treatment system or any plumbing I highly recommend Dierolf. If there was a higher rating than 5 stars, we would have given it. From the sales person Matt, the office staff and most importantly the installation technicians Jon and Dave, the knowledge and professionalism has been outstanding. The work was done in a timely manner. The installation was clean and they made sure we understood our system, how it works, expectations, and their availability if any problems or questions. Exceptional is an understatement!

We would highly recommend Dierolf Plumbing. The entire experience, from the initial meeting and consultation with Alyssa, to the courteous, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable installation work with Dave and David, it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. We will be working with their team again for all of our future plumbing and water treatment needs. Dierolf is great with a lot of the little things (communication, cleanup, quality of work, small gift of chocolates in a coffee mug upon arrival) you want and expect as a consumer, that makes a huge difference in the whole experience. We just moved into a house that has one of there water softener. Didn’t know anything about it I called made an appointment very nice customer service spoke with a lady ( sorry don’t remember who) but she had an appointment for us today . They sent me a email and a text reminder and even today as Matt was on his way. It’s the little things like that but Matt was great . Very nice very knowledgeable about the system he to had explained everything to us. I would highly recommend them. I even called him back because I wasn’t sure of something he called me back very quickly. It’s the little things that go a very long way. Thank you, we will be calling you in the future again😊
