We just moved into a house that has one of there water softener. Didn’t know anything about it I called made an appointment very nice customer service spoke with a lady ( sorry don’t remember who) but she had an appointment for us today . They sent me a email and a text reminder and even today as Matt was on his way. It’s the little things like that but Matt was great . Very nice very knowledgeable about the system he to had explained everything to us. I would highly recommend them. I even called him back because I wasn’t sure of something he called me back very quickly. It’s the little things that go a very long way. Thank you, we will be calling you in the future again😊
