Wonderful service all around. Originally identified issue by testing well water which was quickly mitigated with installation of additional equipment at a fair price. David and Ezra explained the process well and did an expert job with the installation. Couldn’t be happier.

David and Justin did an amazing job installing our complete water treatment system. They took the time to make sure everything was done right the first time and left us confident in the system, how it works, and with the support available from the team at Dierolf. See before and after photos. Update: For even greater peace of mind when we are away from home, we also had them add the Moen Flo shut off valve to our system. David G. and Matt came out and did a fantastic job of install and connecting it to our wifi.

We would highly recommend Dierolf Plumbing. The entire experience, from the initial meeting and consultation with Alyssa, to the courteous, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable installation work with Dave and David, it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. We will be working with their team again for all of our future plumbing and water treatment needs. Dierolf is great with a lot of the little things (communication, cleanup, quality of work, small gift of chocolates in a coffee mug upon arrival) you want and expect as a consumer, that makes a huge difference in the whole experience. I have been using Dierolf since a friend referred them to me years ago. Scheduling is always quick and easy. Kelly always answers the phone with energy and if a call back is necessary, you know you’re getting a call back. John came out to install a brand new water system in our home. He was very professional, friendly and outgoing. It was an all day job. They left the area as clean as it was when they got there. At the end of the 8+ hour day he answered all of my questions and showed my husband and I exactly how to use the system. I never felt rushed with any questions I asked. I would highley recommend if anyone is looking for a plumber. They also charge a flat fee for service calls - so while they are out to service our system yearly they will bring us a supply of rock salt for the water softener. Today Bryan came out to re chlorinate the lines and it was super friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He listened and answered all of my questions. He was in and out with what he had to do. I cannot think of 1 negative thing to say about my experiences with this team.
