They took the time to make sure everything was done right the first time and left us confident in the system, how it works, and with the support available from the team at Dierolf. See before and after photos. Update: For even greater peace of mind when we are away from home, we also had them add the Moen Flo shut off valve to our system. David G. and Matt came out and did a fantastic job of install and connecting it to our wifi.

We just moved into a house that has one of there water softener. Didn’t know anything about it I called made an appointment very nice customer service spoke with a lady ( sorry don’t remember who) but she had an appointment for us today . They sent me a email and a text reminder and even today as Matt was on his way. It’s the little things like that but Matt was great . Very nice very knowledgeable about the system he to had explained everything to us. I would highly recommend them. I even called him back because I wasn’t sure of something he called me back very quickly. It’s the little things that go a very long way. Thank you, we will be calling you in the future again😊
