The entire experience, from the initial meeting and consultation with Alyssa, to the courteous, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable installation work with Dave and David, it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. We will be working with their team again for all of our future plumbing and water treatment needs. Dierolf is great with a lot of the little things (communication, cleanup, quality of work, small gift of chocolates in a coffee mug upon arrival) you want and expect as a consumer, that makes a huge difference in the whole experience. My tech Bryan was amazing. So smart and very informative.

We have had a problem with our kitchen faucet leaking. One plumber walked in and just looked at it and said it could not be repaired. He said the only option was replacement and wanted $675. We contacted Dierolf Plumbing, who have done other work for us in the past. They sent a gentleman named Jon. Jon checked it out and said "l am going to another job near a plumbing supply store. I will try to find the correct part for this repair for you." God bless Jon, he found the part and replaced it. Our faucet no longer leaks and it was less than $200. We cannot thank this young man for going the extra mile to help us out. We highly recommend Dierolf Plumbing to anyone who needs help. Thank you!

I would like to thank the Dierolf Team for their fast response to our water/well issue. The men who replaced our well system were very professional and knowledgeable in regards to replacing the well pump and internal water tank. Also, the price for the system and labor was very fair. I would use them again for any future problems.

John installed a Caresoft Elite water softener and then gave a thorough explanation of its features, which are fantastic. He helpfully explained other plumbing intricacies. I couldn’t be happier.
