Drinking Water Systems

I have been using Dierolf since a friend referred them to me years ago. Scheduling is always quick and easy. Kelly always answers the phone with energy and if a call back is necessary, you know you’re getting a call back. John came out to install a brand new water system in our home. He was very professional, friendly and outgoing. It was an all day job. They left the area as clean as it was when they got there. At the end of the 8+ hour day he answered all of my questions and showed my husband and I exactly how to use the system. I never felt rushed with any questions I asked. I would highley recommend if anyone is looking for a plumber. They also charge a flat fee for service calls - so while they are out to service our system yearly they will bring us a supply of rock salt for the water softener. Today Bryan came out to re chlorinate the lines and it was super friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He listened and answered all of my questions. He was in and out with what he had to do. I cannot think of 1 negative thing to say about my experiences with this team.

Bryan came out to give an estimate. He was professional and suggested what needed to be done, he wasn’t pushing on making a sale and that’s is what got him a sale.

The entire experience, from the initial meeting and consultation with Alyssa, to the courteous, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable installation work with Dave and David, it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. We will be working with their team again for all of our future plumbing and water treatment needs. Dierolf is great with a lot of the little things (communication, cleanup, quality of work, small gift of chocolates in a coffee mug upon arrival) you want and expect as a consumer, that makes a huge difference in the whole experience. Dierolf Plumbing and Water Treatment were amazing to work with. Before moving into our home they performed a water test for us and gave a complete breakdown of what treatments our water would need to correct any unfavorable aspects of our well water. They helped to install a UV Light and water softener system that has worked perfectly. John and Eden were extremely professional and thorough with their installation and kept me informed through the whole process what was being done and finished their installation visit by walking me through how to operate the new water softener system. Could not have asked for a better experience!
