We have used Deirolf Plumbing and Water Treatment for both our water treatment system and a few plumbing issues we inherited from our new home. The technicians have always been very knowledgeable and have been able to fix the problems we’ve had come up quickly and effectively. Bryan did a great job with our most recent plumbing needs.

We had the pleasure of working with Jon who helped us learn about an existing water system in our new home. He was so thorough and ensured we understood all the different pieces and steps he was taking. We feel fully confident with our set up due to his knowledge. I have been using Dierolf since a friend referred them to me years ago. Scheduling is always quick and easy. Kelly always answers the phone with energy and if a call back is necessary, you know you’re getting a call back. John came out to install a brand new water system in our home. He was very professional, friendly and outgoing. It was an all day job. They left the area as clean as it was when they got there. At the end of the 8+ hour day he answered all of my questions and showed my husband and I exactly how to use the system. I never felt rushed with any questions I asked. I would highley recommend if anyone is looking for a plumber. They also charge a flat fee for service calls - so while they are out to service our system yearly they will bring us a supply of rock salt for the water softener. Today Bryan came out to re chlorinate the lines and it was super friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He listened and answered all of my questions. He was in and out with what he had to do. I cannot think of 1 negative thing to say about my experiences with this team.

John installed a Caresoft Elite water softener and then gave a thorough explanation of its features, which are fantastic. He helpfully explained other plumbing intricacies. I couldn’t be happier.
