Mark was very informative. I was lucky to have his expertise on hand to help me make an informed home purchase. Addendum: About a month or so after our new well pump was installed, it failed. Mark was available on the phone late on a Monday evening to troubleshoot, and when all failed, his team was out the next morning to replace our pump with a new one. We couldn't be more please with their attentiveness and quick response.

We have had a problem with our kitchen faucet leaking. One plumber walked in and just looked at it and said it could not be repaired. He said the only option was replacement and wanted $675. We contacted Dierolf Plumbing, who have done other work for us in the past. They sent a gentleman named Jon. Jon checked it out and said "l am going to another job near a plumbing supply store. I will try to find the correct part for this repair for you." God bless Jon, he found the part and replaced it. Our faucet no longer leaks and it was less than $200.
