I have been using Dierolf since a friend referred them to me years ago. Scheduling is always quick and easy. Kelly always answers the phone with energy and if a call back is necessary, you know you’re getting a call back. John came out to install a brand new water system in our home. He was very professional, friendly and outgoing. It was an all day job. They left the area as clean as it was when they got there. At the end of the 8+ hour day he answered all of my questions and showed my husband and I exactly how to use the system. I never felt rushed with any questions I asked. I would highley recommend if anyone is looking for a plumber. They also charge a flat fee for service calls - so while they are out to service our system yearly they will bring us a supply of rock salt for the water softener. Today Bryan came out to re chlorinate the lines and it was super friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He listened and answered all of my questions. He was in and out with what he had to do. I cannot think of 1 negative thing to say about my experiences with this team.
