Official Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions govern your participation in the Dierolf Plumbing and Water Treatment “Dinner on Dierolf” Program.

  1. Qualified Referral A “Qualified Referral” occurs when you refer a person (a “Referred User”) who:
    1. Is not currently a customer of Dierolf Plumbing and Water Treatment.
    2. Has not been referred at an earlier date by someone else.
    3. Books and completes an initial in-home consultation.
  2. Referral Reward For each Qualified Referral, you will receive a Referral Reward valued at $50.
    1. Rewards are earned once the consultation is completed.
    2. There is no limit to the number of rewards you can earn.
    3. Rewards may be issued via a 3rd party provider and are subject to their specific terms of use.
  3. Eligibility
    1. You must be an existing individual (not a business entity) to receive rewards.
    2. The Referred User must reside at a different address than the referrer.
    3. Self-referrals are not accepted.
  4. Taxes Referral rewards are considered taxable income. If you earn $600 or more in rewards within a single calendar year, Dierolf Plumbing and Water Treatment is required by law to issue a Form 1099 for tax reporting purposes.
  5. Right to Modify Dierolf Plumbing and Water Treatment reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue this Referral Program or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  6. Effective Date These updated terms are effective as of January 7, 2026. Any referrals made prior to this date are subject to the terms active at the time of referral.
