The entire experience, from the initial meeting and consultation with Alyssa, to the courteous, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable installation work with Dave and David, it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. We will be working with their team again for all of our future plumbing and water treatment needs. Dierolf is great with a lot of the little things (communication, cleanup, quality of work, small gift of chocolates in a coffee mug upon arrival) you want and expect as a consumer, that makes a huge difference in the whole experience. Dierolf plumbing is the best. They are responsive and very proferssional and they have helped my with emergencies in the best way, calling back almost immediately then coming up with a plan. Can't go wrong with this plumbing company! 5/30/24 Update: Today Justin Bottke did maintenance on my water softening and RO systems and did a terrific job. He took the time to fully explain all the details of how my system is working and to proactively look at our well tank, fittings, valves, and he showed me his areas of future concern, to make sure everything is working as it should. All much appreciated.

Dierolf is always easy to work with and fast to schedule! All the technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. They have been servicing our well and soft water system for years and we couldn't be happier!

David Arrived on time, explained the problem, the solution, and completed the service as well as necessary repairs. I will be having Diefolf Plumbing back again to perform regular maintenance and it also looks like I just found myself a new plumber!
